Product Description

This intensive, algae-based treatment deep cleans and detoxifies congested skin, removing excess oil and impurities as it refines and smooths the skin's surface. Essential oils and extracts with purifying and calming properties leave the skin cool, clean and refreshed. An excellent twice-weekly deep cleanser that helps keep pores clear.

Client UseUse 2-3 times per week to deep-cleanse and refine skin texture and help keep pores clear. Apply to damp skin with fingers, gently massaging with circular motions for approximately one minute. Rinse thoroughly and follow with toner and protective treatment. 
Professional Use Excellent for refining and polishing devitalized, congested skin; may be used after enzyme treatment or alone as a deep cleansing/light exfoliating treatment. Dampen skin with moist sponges, rub a small amount of cleanser between fingertips, then massage onto face and neck in circular motions for approximately one minute. Steam is optional. Remove thoroughly with moist sponges. For flaky, dehydrated or thick skin, you may add one pump of Glycolic Serum 15% before application, which will boost exfoliation.

  • Laminaria digitata has exceptional healing and renewal properties and it helps speed the elimination of toxins from cells, which balances and re-mineralizes the skin.
  • Tips for oily/problematic skin:
    • Change pillowcases nightly, as they can harbour bacteria and aggravate breakouts.
    • Avoid using dryer fabric softening sheets: they contain machine-grade oil that disperses in the dryer.
    • Clean cosmetic brushes and sponges weekly (a dab of Grapefruit Foaming Wash will do the trick!).
    • Apply hand lotion during the day, not before bed, as hands come into contact with the face during the night.
